Waiting For The Spring

These are very delicate looking, and cool looking too! I think we are looking at next years seeds probably. They sway very gently in the wind, but they never really get blown down or away.

It has been above freezing for seven days now and the mild weather is expected to continue until at least January 4. The large amount of snow that we had received so early in the year is now nearly all gone. It is a nice reprieve from the wrath of winter, which, no doubt will be here soon.
