Christmas Dinner At Harmony Grand Buffet

I'm not even sure what this is. I believe it is some sort of squid, but that is pure speculation on my part.

As far as taste is concerned, the only flavour was that of the marinade. A vinegar or vinegarette of some kind. What was noticable about this was the texture, a tender but dense consistency to the 'meat'. In spite of the unusual appearance, trying this food was a favour to the palate and stomach. Although I only had two of them, I would try them again.
