Happy Cinqo de Mayo! MexicanTown was hoppin' man! Lots of floats in the parades. Music, food and dancing.....and just a whole lot of people, happy people.
Incredible barbequed chicken, by Jose from Guadalajara, Mexico. But he says that he is American now. He says he'll always be Mexican, but for a while now, he has been an American also. I asked him if it was worth it, jumping through all the hoops he had to ... in order to live in the States. He said " are you kidding man? This is the greatest country in the world!" He said he's never had it so good.
But the guy barbecues delicious chicken!
