This is it kimchi, from the local Korean Market....homemade by the propietors of the market. They have been here in London for 6 years, and yes, they still miss Inchon. The ajumma explained to me that London is very 'quiet'. Ajumma also told me there are over 30,000 Koreans living in London. A very nice lady....very helpful with my Korean attempts.
