This dish was delicious. It was the first time I had ever tried rice vermicelli and I did like it. Not only that, Jane sent me home with some key lime meringue pie for R&A! I've always enjoyed watching my kids eat something they really enjoy. It really is one of the joys of parenthood.

Unfortunately, I failed to take a picture of the pie with one slice out of it. It would have been a great shot. I was too busy eating to take pictures!
